Austin, TX New Grad Nurse Pay and Shift Diff?

Greetings! ... and thank you in advance!!

I'm 37 and I will be graduating in August 2022 with a BSN (2nd degree accelerated program). I live in Austin Texas and am trying to get a good idea of what new nurses make and if there is any negotiating.

My questions are as follows:

1. starting pay and what department/hospital?

(even if you don't know what the starting pay is for new grad nurses please answer this if you know it for your hospital since these are not related to experience)

2. night time shift diff amount?

3. weekend shiff diff amount?
