Audit question

I am an LPN and was recently audited. They wanted a copy of my 24 CEU hours. I used two different sites one I remember and one I do not.  I was only able to provide 13 CEU  since I can’t remember the name of the other site that I used I cannot prove I did them. I was told now that I cannot renew my license. I have been a nurse for several years there must be another avenue so I can renew my license in 2022. Besides googling every CEU website, which I’m in the process of doing. Any help or advise would be appreciated, and to anyone reading this always make a copy of your CEUs. ?
