Atlanta agency/travel/float pool ICU

I am applying to several ICU RN jobs through a few different agencies all over Atlanta. I've actually found that through my per diem agency, in several situations I would have been better off just applying for the float pool through the facility and signing up for shifts with bonus pay. Because I am also in grad school full-time, it's important for me to maximize my pay and also pick hospitals where I am going to find potential physicians to work under. Obviously it's not all about the money, but because my schedule is going to be chaotic while enrolled in school, unfortunately it's most important for me at this point to choose the hospitals which are going to pay me the most...at least until I graduate.

Any input on ballpark hourly pay for ICU, CVICU, SICU, trauma ICU, and CCU float pool/prn/agency positions for different hospitals around Atlanta would be appreciated and extremely helpful to ensure that I am treated fairly and not underpaid!

Thanks soooo much in advance for your input!

Emory's Enterprise staff pool PRN is $45 with no benefits, can work up to 10 shifts per month. Wellstar has a full-time critical care float position for $45 with benefits.

Thanks! I actually didn't know about Wellstar's position. That's awesome, thanks so much!
