ATI Questions

I have finished my first semester of school. We used the ATI books which I found helpful. At the end of the semester, we had to take an ATI comulative test which I did pass, but, there were topics on there that we NEVER touched in school. Should I be worried? Will this info come up later in school and I'll be expected to know it? For instance, we did not cover anything about developmental stages of kids, yet, we were tested on it on the final ATI. Can I assume we might cover this in the upcoming semesters?
