I have taken ATI practice twice so far, the 1st I scored a 59. the second a 93. Is there a major difference between the practice exams and the real test. I take the ATI next Tuesday and I am a bit worried. If someone could get back to me asap I would appreciate it. my email is linked with this page. Thank you so much.....:chuckle:bluecry1:

I have found the ATI practice to be MUCH harder than the actual ATI exam. Deep breathe and take your time. I recommend ear plugs so you are not distracted by those around you. If you wear glasses at the computer remember them! I have forgotten mine more than once for an ATI Exam and had to pull the monitor up to my nose.
GOOD LUCK!

I agree with the above poster. The practice ones always seem to be MUCH harder. But that doesn't mean study less. Definately review the book and topics you aren't too hot in (look at the practice pdf files that say what areas you miss questions in).. Good luck!
Thank you so much, I have talked to recent grads from my school and they said if I took it again(the Practice) and scored 80-90 or 100 that I should be fine. I went out and bought a box of the Nclex PN flash cards and have been going over them and let me tell you what, I believe that the ATI is much harder, so wish me luck, it is next Tuesday and if all goes well by the end of next month I will enjoying my time worker for money instead working for free.... I just can't wait until I can take care of patients on my own... My teachers all said that I will be fine, but I am sure everyone has been in my position and feeling the same feeling of impending doom... Thank you guys again
