Asn/BSN that accepts transferred pre-reqs? NYC

Hello everyone

 

Can any one give me any list of schools in nyc or tri state area that accepts transferable pre reqs so I can start my asn/BSN? My pre reqs are over 5 years old

I'm in the NYC area too and the schools I have looked, such as CCNY says that the science courses need to be within 5 years and the non science classes do not expire. I would ask the individual school you are interested in to see if they would take those courses that are over 5 years. All the best!!

I believe some CUNY do accept the science pre-reqs if they're less than 7 years. I would definitely speak to the nursing department of each school to confirm.
