Ascension Health employees - PLEASE chime in!

Our hospital was taken over by Ascension Health about 2 years ago. Since then a lot of changes have taken place...mostly negative and we have lost a lot of staff. Every day I come into work stressed out about what I might hear...I just wish somebody would be honest about what is coming for us. I have heard that changes are trickling down to us...so if anybody can give me any idea what kind of major changes to benefits Ascension has made at your hospital, I would appreciate it.
