ASA Codes

Question: Regarding the ASA Codes betwwen 1 to 5 describing anesthetic risk factors--

What is the actual (formal) name for those codes, and where can I find the actual language? I know that ASA1, say, might describe a 21 year old non-smoking athlete who takes no medications and has a perfectly healthy heart, where, on the other hand, an ASA5E might be an intubated ESRD patient, diabetic, lifelong smoker with MRSA, VRE and ARDS; rushed from ICU to the OR for emergency surgery from which he may well die on the OR table---but I can't seem to find the ASA definitions of those codes, even when I google "ASA Codes." Please point me in the right direction, and thanks!

Never mind; thank you, all--I found the precise criteria I was seeking by typing in "ASA Risk Classification."
