Are You a Master's Prepared Nurse Informaticist Willing to Precept?

Hello! My name is Shonda. I live in Northern Michigan and I am quickly approaching the final two semesters in an MSN program at Queen's University for nursing informatics. Despite networking locally, I have been unable to find someone willing to precept. I figured I would try my luck online and see if anyone has the availability to help me complete these final clinical requirements.

My program stipulates completion of a 'Practicum A' and a 'Practicum B', each requiring 150 hours, and the first of which is slated to begin in the Fall of '25. This would largely involve me shadowing you in order to advance my knowledge in the role of nursing informatics.

The school requires that the preceptor:

1. Possess an unencumbered license to practice as an RN 

2. Have at least a Master's degree in informatics
