Are CAMC RN's Happy?

Hello all,

I am a new grad RN. I have been looking into a new grad position at CAMC, I have concerns after reading so many unfavorable remarks regarding staffing, staff attitude, and pay rates.

Although pay rate is important to me, being in a positive department with strong leadership and good instruction for the newbie nurse is more important to me at this early stage in my career.

Any feedback????
