Archbold Memorial- Northside Behavioral Health?

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about Northside Hospital, which is also through Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, Georgia?

I know nothing about them, but once I graduate (3 years away!) I would like to work for them... I just know nothing about them. Pay, insurance, srubs (or do they wear street clothes?), that kind of a thing.

Positives and Negatives, etc. Any ideas?
