ARC Nurses Non Compete

Hi everybody,

I wanted to know if anybody has worked, or is working for ARC (Addiction Recovery Care) as a nurse, and if we signed a non-compete. I looked through all my paperwork and did not see one. But I've heard stories and I'm afraid to ask anybody I work with. Given the FBI investigation with ARC, I'm concerned. Any help is appreciated.

    Anybody?? LOL! If you've worked for ARC as a nurse, please let me know about a non-compete.
