Aquadex FlexFlow

From an article I read about it: "The Aquadex FlexFlow is used to perform Aquapheresis™, a procedure to safely and predictably remove excess salt and water from fluid-overloaded patients."

Anyone using this? What do you think? We're being inserviced on it now and I'm wondering if it's going to be the same level of aggravation that CVVHD can be, with clotting and whatnot.
