Hello, im new to all nurses so I look forward to being informed from all the nurses out there.
My post is simply as it states APU Spring 2015 cohort, I got my acceptance and my orientation is set in December. Is there anybody else out there on the same boat or anybody whos been there done that and with advice. What to expect? How schedule works? etc.

Hi, I too was accepted to the spring 2015 cohort at apu. Still a little nervous about the whole thing, especially not knowing the process or schedule and I haven't found to much info online either but I guess we will find out in December at orientation.
Yes, its nerve recking not knowing a thing until orientation

how is it going for u so far? what are the schedules like? i am currently working 11-7 as an Lvn. Do you think I can do it if I decide to apply? Thank u.

So far it is going well. Be prepare for alot of writting assignments. The first semester of school is only once a week and the next semester is twice a week because now u have clinical. As far as working 11-7 it just depends on you. You can always try it out and if doesn't work you might have to change shifts to accommodate school and study time. I personally went from a full time job to a part time to accommodate school.
awww thank u for your reply..:) can u keep me posted please as to how many days it will be for the upcoming sems? ThAnk u again. All I can think of right now is how I will be managing my time if I get it.
