Hi everyone!
I am a bit confused as to what to do. I graduated my vn program in California. I submitted my application to the CA BON, received my ATT, registered on Pearson requesting that my nclex results be sent to CA and paid my $ 200 fee but before I scheduled my NCLEX I decided that I want to move to Arizona.
At this point I would prefer to apply for license in AZ. Is it ok if I apply with more than one BON?
If I got approved to test for AZ license could I just pay the $50 fee to Pearson and instead have results sent to AZ? I would prefer to not get a CA license if I wont use it. But my worry is if I am not approved by the BON in AZ does that mean that I lose my chance to get my CA license? I would hate to lose the opportunity to test in Ca since I would have to stay here. In other words could I hold onto my CA approval just until I get approval from AZ and get my AZ license? I know I could apply for reciprocity with my CA but would prefer not doing that.
Sorry so long winded. Any help would be greatly appreciated since I can't find any information online.
Thanks in advance and Merry Christmas everyone.

it is easier and cheaper and faster to be tested in the state where you went to school. The school has already provided information to that state's BON. Otherwise you will have to start over and pay more in fees and wait longer to get clearance. Once you get your CA license you can probably go to work in AZ while waiting for your AZ license. THe AZ BON will be able to give details. Good luck!
Thank you so much for your response. You're right I may need to just get the CA license first. Have a great Holiday!
