application for new york

Hello fellow Nurses! It has been a while (well, years) since I last viewed Allnurses' page. 

I am planning to pursue (again), my nursing career and this time it will be in New York. Well, 5 years ago, I took NCLEX for Cali and failed. 

Anyway, I am humbly asking for insights/help/answers as I am about to submit my application to NY BON. Before lodging my application, I was asked to complete course training for Infection Control and Child Abuse Reporting. And now, I am done with those.. Can you help me what to do next?
