Dear Maternal Child Health Nurses:

Clinical Nurses from the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Inspira Health Network are conducting IRB Exempted Nursing Research to determine common characteristics of Apparent Life Threatening Events (ALTEs). This survey explores nurses' experiences with and perceptions of ALTEs. It also examines any ALTEs that have occurred in your practice as a bedside nurse involved in the care of newborns. We would like to invite you to participate in this research.

This survey is confidential and your participation is voluntary. It should take you approximately ten minutes to complete the survey and you may choose to exit the survey at any time. Your responses cannot be linked to you individually. To access the survey please click the following link or enter the web address into your browser.
