APP/NP working in Hampton Roads,VA

I am considering moving to Hampton Roads, VA and wanted some input from colleagues working in that area . I see two major Hospitals employers Sentara and BON Secours . If you work for them what are the pros and cons ? 

Im looking for an outpatient position
