AO BSN Florida International University (FIU) 2023

Hello all,

I realized that nobody has created a topic about this cycle FIU AO BSN program. I applied by the end of April and I am very anxious about hearing anything from them. I check my email ever second expecting something. Anybody know when they will be sending acceptance/declined emails? My stats are as follows: TEAS 72% overall with 84% in science, 92% in math and 64 % in reading with 55 in grammar. GPA overall is 3.89. I am currently a PTA (8 years of experience) trying to do nursing. I hope this is enough to get my application strong enough. Nice to meet you all and good luck!

I looked on the website and they extended the application up until sep 15th I believe.

I have not heard anything yet. I'm expecting them to provide a response either this week or the following! I looked in NursingCas and I think the application that was extended up until 09/15 was the regular BSN track, not the AO BSN track; so we should be hearing back from them soon one of these days. 
 

Does anyone know what day of October school starts?

I spoke with them yesterday and they said we should hear from them late this week or early next week we should know.
