St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in boston?
Im wondering what its like there. I currently work at Good Samaritian in Brockton and in 3 more months I could transfer over. It would save me tons of miles in travel because I live in framingham and my current floor does not believe in 12 hour shifts.
ie what to expect for 5 years of nursing experience with an associates for pay, what the floors are like, support, nurse to patient ratio on nights, and how many cna's per floor.
