Anyone here work for Provena Mercy Aurora?

I am trying to get a job at Provena Mercy in Aurora in the Special Care Nursery. It is my dream job and I know I would make a great nurse there but I can't get past the HR process. Anyone here have any advice? Do you know who I can contact? I did my clinicals there and I have NICU experience.

I have been applying to every NICU in the Chicago (inc Suburbs) area since Fall 2006/Spring 2007. I have not had much luck getting past any of their HR processes. I had better luck by searching for the name of the manager of the unit and getting a hold of their email and sending my resume straight to the source. Had a few interviews and phone calls, however, I still do not have a job in NICU. I do have experience, but every NICU in this area is looking for RNs with 3-5 years experience in the specialty! Even Level II and special care nurseries!! I even went as far as to get my WI license, and have not even had any interviews for WI NICU.
