Anyone work at a facility owned by Psychiatric Solutions Inc.?

I'm a new grad and the facility I just got hired at as a psych RN was bought by PSI. So, anyone have any comments about PSI? Do they pay well? I'm wondering if my base pay will go up?

When the hospital I was working at was bought out by P.S.I., the pay did not change. The WORK load went up, though! I hope to God that it was just the CEO at that facility and not a company wide thing.

YEP, you were right!

pt. census went up by 40 pt.s in a matter of days w/ no extra staff to help & no raise. They put me on 3rd shift which makes me physically ill & told me I had to work that shift for 6 mos., so I quit!

But, it's fine I have an interview w/ the manager of a hospital psych unit on Mon. & if I get the job it will be a $3 per hour pay increase w/ better hours (days/evenings)!
