Anyone waiting on LSUE Acceptance

I'm waiting for my letter and I'm so nervous. I don't know anything about the GPA's for this year but last year the lowest GPA was a 3.2

I guess we won't find out until the beginning of June, which isn't too far off. they called me a week or so ago to have one of my transcripts faxed in. What about the Teas test? How did you do? I really probably should have prepared for it. The sheet said there was no way to prepare, but I had no idea everyone would be studying. I didn't even know you could buy study guides for it.

I did okay on the TSEAS test I could have done better if I would have prepared. I had a heavy course load this semester and I took the test around midterm so I didn't prepare for it like I should have. It only counts for 30% in the selection process and I was told there is not set score. I have also heard they really don't use the TSEAS test during the selection. The main factor is your GPA when I spoke to someone they only asked me about my GPA not my TSEAS score. Last year the letters were sent out the last week of May, which is next week. I think we may get them early I know the LPN's received their letters a week early!! Good luck!!

I did good on the TEAS, but i know if I had prepared like some people it could have been better also. I hope we do find out soon. I thought they said the selection group was meeting on the 31st though. Either way it won't be long. Good luck to you too. Do you know exactly how many applied and how many they accept?

At orientation they told us 121 but a few of them that applied didn't attend orientation. So I don't know the exact number. They told us the first week in June we would receive our letters but one of my friend told me they are suppose to be meeting next week. I'm just ready to find out!!

I'm thinking they may be meeting today. I got a call this morning at about 7:45 because they thought the were missing one of my grades. While on the phone she realized she had them all, but I bet she was doing a final look through because they are meeting. Do you think letters will go out this week? I'm leaving today until Sunday. Let me know if you get yours in the mail this week please.

I attended graduation on Saturday and someone told me they were meeting this week. Enjoy your trip and I will let you know if we receive our letters this week.... I'm so nervous & anxious!!!

Congratulations! I got accepted also. I'm still out of town so I haven't seen the letter, but they called me on Thursday to tell me. I also applied to ultrasound so they were asking about my preference. I'm so excited but also nervous about what decision is the right one. Any advice?

i am going to be a freashmen at lsue this fall and i'm going for nursing. What was yalls GPA?

what is the min Gpa requitred to get in?

Congrats!!! I'm so excited.. Whichever one you chose I pretty sure you will do fine. If it were me and I had chose I would chose nursing because it allows you to explore many different areas and it's a job that you will always learn something new from beginning to end.
