Has any one ever heard of accesa labs? They have a website were you can pay a fee and get blood titers at labcorp. I was thinking of using them because i dont gave any insurance, and this would be cheaper tgan going through a doctors office. I just wondered if there legit and if anyone else has had any experience with them?

Yes, I just did on Thursday. I ordered a varicella titer online from their site late Wednesday night, went to a Labcorp to get my blood drawn, and received my results on Friday. It took a little less than 24 hours for me to get my results. It cost 70 dollars. They seem pretty legit I'd say.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY – RIPOFF and absolutely no customer service. They are not a lab, they are just a broker to Quest Labs. I ordered lab tests from them and they came back completely erroneous. You can't contact Accesa Labs directly – only by email. I wrote them and they sent me back to the lab to get the tests done again. Wasting another hour was a complete inconvenience for me. My doctor told me that those test came back erroneous as well. My doctor said I would be dead if the test results were correct. So once again I email Accesa Labs. This time instead of dealing with the customer problem, they tell me there is nothing that they can do and to contact Quest Labs directly. When I emailed them and asked why they weren't going to deal with Quest as I was paying Accesa for the services, they wrote me that there was nothing they would do. I then disputed the invoice amount with my credit card and Accesa disputed it back 2 times by lying and telling the credit card company that I received good lab results. To this day after 4 months I don't have my money back and Accesa ripped me off. Don't use this phony lab broker…

Uhhh... I'd say their legit. I needed an MMR titer asap. Ordered online, got my lab order immediately, got tested the next morning and had results in 3 days. Most of my friends in my nursing program have had the same experience as well.

The idea of Direct Access Testing (DAT) is the same for all stores like Accesa Labs: order online, do testing, get results. So, you don't need to visit a doctor.

There are different pricing for tests on these websites.

Just compare Lipid Panel Test price comparison in DAT online stores. As you see, prices differ from $29 to $50 for the same service and lab test.

Also, it doesn't mean that if some store has cheaper CMP lab test - then all lab tests are cheaper. You will see that every store has own best prices.

So, Please check the best price before ordering tests.

And, You should know that some of the stores have additional requisition charge (like HTD has 8.50$) and may not work in your state.
