Anyone going to New Britain?

Published

I was just wondering about the program. Are you satisfied with it thus far? Anyone who has heard about it (any details), I would welcome your input.

Thanks:rolleyes:

....please.....

:(

going to program. in 2nd semster. are u in the program or looking at the program.

hi

i am looking at program and interviewing there next week...

how do you like it?

was the interview stressful? i heard they ask a lot of clinical questions

have you started clinicals yet?

thanks!:loveya:

The interview was not that stressful. Just answer the questions as they come. Try to be open and take a big deep breath. You need to just go in there and be yourself. It is as easy as that. The proram is great! It is master in biology and the program has its days. Clinicals start in the late spring to summer. It is front loaded program meaning course first year and clinical remaining time with some courses. just email me if any other questions.

Hello, and thanks so much for taking the time to respond to this. Yes, I am looking into the program, but won't be able to attend until about 3 years from now, because I am finishing up some pre-reqs.

If you have the time, would you be willing to respond to a few questions?

1. Where are you living during the program? I have heard some bad things about New Britain, the city, not the program.

2. What were some extra things you did to improve your application/ chances of getting in?

3. What was your ICU experience like?

4. Would you say the instrutors are good teachers? Or are they just good CRNAs?

5. Is there any tuition in the second year?

THANKS in advance!

and congrats on pursuing this great career!
