Anyone get incomplete application letter from GWC Nursing?

U.S.A. California

Please let me know if you or anyone you know received an ineligible letter from the GWC nursing program due to what they are calling an "incomplete application" for using your in person orientation date as instructed by the impacted programs desk on the application. This was my 4th application to the program....I have been eligible each and every try but had not been selected thru the random lottery previously. In fact, on my 3rd try I was placed on the alternate list but still did not get in.....and I used my in person orientation date. When I reapplied on my 4th application in Jan. 2010 the head of the impacted programs desk instructed that my in person orientation date from 2007 was still being accepted. Imagine to my surprise when my 4th application was rejected due to being deemed incomplete due to using my in person orientaton date. When I called and spoke to the head of the impacted programs desk same lady said she was sorry for misinforming me and the other 40 or so students who got the same letter and there was nothing she could do about it. She said she hopes I will try again and reapply for my 5th application next year. I said I was rejected due to your mistake of misinforming me and have to wait a whole year to reapply again and won't be considered because of misinformation. She said Yes!

Please let me know if you have had the same issue with Golden West College Nursing Program.

Thank You!
