Anyone else hear about doing away with DNR to AND?

I had a talk with one of the case managers, QC/QA/QI (whatever) person and she told me that the next thing will be to do away with the term DNR and start calling it AND, Allow Natural Death. The rationale is that families as well as patients react negatively to do not resusitate because it implies doing nothing at all and puts them off. Allow natural death is easier to understand.

Symantics. Sounds like someone working on their Masters or Doctorate had to come up with a new idea to write about or implement. What will they come up with next?
