I just took my micro final last night.

oh wow... so how was micro? I am taking it this spring and nervous....any advice??

Actually it wasnt nearly as bad as I had expected. It was actually pretty fun. You learn all about bacteria and fungi (I know, sounds boring, but is actually pretty interesting). And the best part was when we learned about parasites (worms) - I loved going home and grossing my husband out with those stories. LOL!!

My best advise is the record your lectures and make flashcards. This was the first class I've ever done either for and it helped me SO much! I ended up with a B in the class - I made an 89.4% - yep, half a stinking point away from an A. I am still fuming about that. But anyway - dont stress about micro. As long as you keep up with reading the chapters, listen to your recorded lectures (there's always something you miss when in class but you catch it when re-listening to the recording), and dont miss class - you will do just fine. :)

I'm starting back after a decade, I'll be re-taking my sciences and filling out the rest of my gen. ed. stuff at NE campus.

I am just now taking my sciences..... I will be taking micro in the spring.

Better late then never is my motto!! LOL!

Well I am re-taking AP 1 & 2 in the spring. I took them a while back and have a C in both. I went ahead and applied to Weatherford College nursing program - but with those Cs I'm not expecting to get in. Hopefully I'll have a real shot next fall.

Praying for A's in the AP classes.
