Anyone become a nurse/CNA with a dismissed domestic violence case?

The title says it all - currently thinking about enrolling to get my CNA license, however this past Summer I had a domestic violence case pending over my head that was ultimately dismissed.  I'm just wondering if anyone out there has had similar situations getting employed as a CNA/STNA or a nurse with a dismissed domestic violence case, and what hoops you had to jump through to become one.  I'm looking at getting my CNA first then my RN, so any details of how you actually were to obtain employment (or not) would be greatly appreciated.
