Iam new to the Spring Hill area and taking few pre-requisites courses needed before attemting to get into the actual nursing program. Graduated 20+ years ago and some courses are not acceptable anymore because of lenght of time. Is anyone in the forum actually attending to Pasco Comm. College nursing program? How are the instructors, are the nursing courses harder than on the LPN program? Are the instructors supportive or encouraging towards the students? Iam just too apprehensive, I really dont want to fail at this point in time in my life. I need some input from anyone out there in Tampa or Spring Hills area. Thanks so very much.
Sincerely

Hi Maryvette,
I got my LPN through PHCC West Campus and I only have 3 prereqs left for the RN Bridge program. I love doing my classes through PHCC. The instructors are WONDERFUL I can't say enough good things about them. They are truely there to see you succeed in your nursing career. I don't think anytime is too late to do what your heart is telling you to do! If you need any support....feel free to email me. I live in the Hudson area!! Good luck with your nursing school journey. :)

I did my LPN at PHCC. Good luck getting into the LPN to RN. They only do it every other year. I am not sure how that program is but the LPN was a teach yourself program. Ms. Baker is very good, tough as hell but you learn. aside from that ?
