Hi! I scored very well. Mind you I've been in RN school within 2 semesters of graduation, but left due to finances and child care. I'm also a certified teacher. When I finished the test Mrs. Borden said I had done very very well. I think I scored in the top 2% of all test takers that round. It's truly not complicated: reading comprehension, vocabulary and basic math. My advice bring a sweater, and tune out all of the naysayers who will talk about the level of difficulty before the test. I just observed and listened. This time I'll bring my headphones no one needs that negative energy prior to a test. I can no longer retrieve my score due to system change and upgrade. Above everything I don't look forward to the long drive. Which date are you testing?
So glad I found this thread! I had a recent death in my family and I had to go overseas for a few weeks for a burial. Unfortunately, I've missed the online advising session window for Jan 2017 by a hair (I had it down that the online advising was open until July 29:(), and an advising session is a requirement in the application process! I do know that there are two more live sessions scheduled for next month. Do you think that I'd be able to sit for the live session and still apply for the online program?
Hi everyone I received an email stating that I was not accepted in the program, but I was placed on the waiting list. So I am back to waiting. I don't know if I should apply or register for the a&p class before I know if I will really be accepted. I don't know how I should view this. Any suggestions out there?
Hi Future. I was accepted. I think it's great that you're on the waiting list a lot can happen between now and January.Things change and many times people decline their seats for different reasons as I did last year. You will need A&P at some point regardless, so I'd plan to take it. I will be taking Statistics and Nutrition this fall, because eventually I will need them.

Have you taken the PAX exam yet? How was the test? I was just curious on about how many people have applied for the program. Let me know because it would be good to hear from others about this journey. Thanks.
