Hi everyone! 👋 I'm a new nurse getting ready to start working in an LTACH, and I'd love to hear some advice from those who have experience in this setting. I know things can vary depending on the facility, but I'm curious about what to expect overall.

What are some common medications you typically administer in an LTACH?

What disease processes or patient conditions do you most often see?

Any tips on time management, organization, or handling complex patients would also be super helpful!
