Any students at JDCC in Alabama?

Hi,

Any RN students going to Jefferson Davis in Alabama, at Atmore or Brewton campus?

I applied to the college and scored very high on the compass test and I am hoping to get into the next LPN bridge program. However the lady I spoke to, told be that I would not be able to speak to an advisor until I was accepted into the program. They only have certain time frames to apply as well, so hoping to apply this spring for fall semester. I live in Pensacola, fl not to far away, but am considering JD over PJC because I've heard a lot of great things about their program. And PJC, not so much. I am currently in LPN school 1/2 way thru. Any info or feed back, advice on best game plan to get in & started at JD would be helpful to. The lady I tested with was not very interested in giving me a lot of info, kept having to ask lots of q's and still she wasn't too forthcoming.

Any feed back on the program? Are you in traditional ADN or LPN Bridge? How many days of class time and how long & clinicals etc? Do you find that already being an LPN w/ some basic nursing knowledge is benefiting you in school, studies & w/ testing?

Could you tell me how the curriculum is handled if you already have all the general ed, social sciences & humanities out of the way? Just not as full of a course load?

Thanks!
