Any PHN (Public Health Nurses) out there?!?!?

I need help...been looking over a week for a PHN nurse to interview and haven't had any luck. My assignment (I'm taking my BSN and my class is Community Health) is due today and this is my last resort...I'll be making up my answers if this doesn't work.

There are a lot of questions, but I don't need long answers...if you are out there and have to time to answer these, I would truly be grateful!!! Thanks!
