Any NP's working in Home Health

Hello - I am an Assistant Admin at a Home Health Agency in Wyoming and we have had the good fortune of hiring a FNP. We would like to figure out how to utilize her special skill set more effectively. I have seen that Home Health agencies are actively recruiting NP's, but I haven't been able to figure out how they are being used to their utmost capabilities?

In Wyoming NP's can be independent practitioners and have prescriptive authority.

Any NP's working at a home health that have comments, advice or links that we might be able to use to negotiate the rules that NP's cannot sign admit or orders in Home Health? All help that we get would be appreciated as we try to best serve our patients and help our FNP achieve her full potential!
