Any LPN/LVN programs in California that aren't a rip off or have a lot of prereq.s?

I am trying to find a LVN/LPN program as close to the San Francisco bay area as possible, but all the programs are either way too expensive (32k and up...) or require too many prereqs and are too long (some require all the same prereqs as the RN programs and are almost as long!) Or, are way too far away. The best deal I have found so far is Nightinggale school of nursing for 20k, and I am trying to work out my financial situation. I would love to find a school that is cheaper than that within a close distance from me so, if anyone knows of anything that would be great, thanks:nurse:
