Hi and congratulations! I would say the first place is to start at your school. Many schools have career centers that can help you with your resume and even mock interviews. I also found this link from UMich
http://www.nursing.umich.edu/studentresources/resumes/index.html and this one from LWW
http://www.lww.com/resources/students/registerednurseresume.html
Hope this helps. Much success in your future endeavors!
I found this on Excelsior's website: https://www.excelsior.edu/Excelsior_College/Alumni_Connection/Alumni_Career_Resources_and_Services and https://www.excelsior.edu/Excelsior_College/Alumni_Connection/Alumni_Career_Resources_and_Services/Resume_Critique_Service
There's a link to a resume critique service but it costs a "nominal" fee...
And this link is all about nursing career stuff including a sample resume and cover letter for nursing

I'm an unofficial GN now (yay me!), and I'm starting to update my resume. I have a mixture of EMS experience, military & civilian clinical experience, plus my current position in IT (x6 years). I was wondering if anyone could point me towards a good resource to review my resume prior to sending it off to the recruiters.
Thanks folks.
