Any feedback on Marina Del Rey Hospital in LA?

Hi all! I'm wondering if anyone has worked at Marina Del Rey Hospital especially their ICU and could give me some feedback on the pros / cons? I've been a nurse for nearly 12 years in many facilities and settings but have not worked in an acute hospital this small. From what I've heard, the pay is a little less than other LA hospitals, but they've recently become part of Cedars so maybe that changes in the next few years?
