Anxious and waiting about licenses in diff states

Have a question, hopefully someone can put my mind at ease. I am licensed in OH. Have been for many many moons. I recently moved to PA (well still in the process, my mail still goes to OH) and I applied for a TPP and Permanent License in PA. I was approved for a TPP but I received an email stating that they sent me a discrepancy letter regarding my permanent license. Why would I be approved for one and not the other? If something was bad--why would they let me practice to begin with, with my TPP?

I'm not going back to OH for at least a week or two so I won't be able to read my letter right away. Has this happened to any of you and what could this be?
