Another Declaratory Order Question

When you read the form to file the petition, it doesn't say anything about charges that were dismissed. I have a theft by check 20 charge from '91 that was dismissed, that shows up on the county criminal records site but not on the DPS criminal records site. Any ideas or comments? I'm in my second semester of school and don't want to graduate and then find out I needed to have filed for one.

If your charge was dimmised you might wont to try to get it expunged. Eventhough your charge was dimmissed, it will still stay on your record until it is expunged.
