Hi Everyone-
What is the average increase (in dollar amount) per year for NPs in California and other places?
From some research it seems that most NPs/PAs get an annual raise of $3-$6 per hour. What is your experience with this?
Thank you in advance,
ED

I work at a university hospital system where all NP's across multiple medical centers are represented by CNA. Per the current contract:
Across-the-board salary increases as follows:
6% wage increase effective January 1, 2023.
5% wage increase effective January 1, 2024.
5% wage increase effective January 1, 2025.
PA's are represented by UPTE so I am not familiar with their contract.
