Hey all! I am feeling mildly panicked about the threads that I'm reading re: ADN applications to NYC hospitals. I have a 3.75 GPA and a BA in another academic area as well as externship and work experience. Frankly, I'm freaked about how tough people are saying it is to even get seen at Mt. Sanai, MSK, and NYPH. MSK has always been my first choice, but I feel like my hopes are getting crushed. I thought I was coming in a strong applicant and that I would have no problem, but now I think I am in for a long haul.

What do I do aside from going to the offices in person (which I plan on doing this week) and following up with calls? I figure I am at least on the early side things with applications for summer employment? ANY thoughts would be helpful.
