HI all..finally i took my nclex yesterday and my computer turns blue after 75 q with around 20+ of sata:nailbiting:..n i was like startled...as soon as i got out of center i did PVT n getting good pop up..
I said finally coz Ever since i started the procedure,,i was waiting for this day desperately..as i am an international student..i actually started the procedure on may of 2012..hard to believe..?? but yes it took about an year n half for me to complete the process and to get my att..for me the att is like precious treasure for which i was waiting..after receiving my att i started the actual preparation for test,,the studying part..as soon as i got my att i scheduled for the test coz i thought that it will motivate for me to study..
I used SAUNDERS, KAPLAN, HURST, LIPPINCOTT, PDA and some other which i found in all nurses N from net..everyday i practiced about 150-200 and got the scores of 60-65 but it varies sum time below 60 n above 70..I am a person of low confidence n every time i was thinking that what if i fail...the fear of failure really pushed me to work hard..My parents and friends are there always with me n encouraged me a lot..I should thank them and also i thank all nurses,,when ever i felt lost i used to read the posts of success n failure people to get back again...
At last i want to congratulate all who passed nclex n good luck for who are going to take in future..,, especially those who failed nclex do not get discouraged just understand what nclex is.. as every one say this is a minimum competent exam so do not dig into the content..just practice as more as you can, for me practice helped a lot to know what nclex actually asks you..i will pray for all who are going to take nclex.. remember If i did this definetly you can also do it....
