broke student
1 Post
I do not recommend Americare to any students! Unfortunately, I have been in this program and cannot go anywhere else because some of these classes do not transfer. The front desk is extremely unorganized and are not kept up to date on policy and procedure. They give students different answers....and one of them walks around barefoot which is extremely gross. They can argue that their school is the best because they let "anyone" in which is true but there standards are low. They focus more on passing the NCLEX then they do on giving us the experience needed. John, the owner, will seem all nice and excited about the program during the info session, but then just try and contact him or his wife Nicole and they will never get back to you. They both do not like being bothered by students. Yes, the students who help provide them their paycheck. The only pro about this school is the teachers. They are all well educated and half of them don't seem to like this school. The classes are disorganized, the clinical sites don't seem to expect us and most of the time we are left standing around doing nothing. Registration is always a nightmare. The computers are always down, the schedule always changes. It is just not a good experience. I wish I would have just stayed on the waiting list for the community college. Save your time and apply at J Renee. I know plenty of friends who have graduated from there and they have nothing bad to say about that school. Good luck...and by all means avoid Americare!!
