Greetings to all nurses and those to become nurses in the near future, I recently passed my NCLEX-RN and boy!! am I astounded to bring you the good news!!
I am a graduate of 2010 from the Philippines, who in turn did not really put any effort towards my schooling days, to make it short, I didn't really study so I took a "review class" because people say its good; and here it comes, the time to take the NCLEX-RN exam... =Fail...
In devastation, agony and depression...
I searched for a way...
I was brought to America Healthways Education ( AHE ) by just merely surfing the internet for review courses, and comparing. With doubts, I took the chance to call in and register to attend this 7-day review class, it is very over whelming and a hand full of headaches from all the discussions and all the learning; the discussions are thorough and all my questions and doubts in nursing answered, I just couldn't recall them all. So, I concluded.. As it comes to near the end of my 7-day course, I then rushed and registered for the 8-month class. This was of course to make my current knowledge concrete and to build confidence in myself. Throughout the next couple of months I have learned not just the things discussed in class, but I found the confidence in myself to talk about the systems and disease processes along with the nursing interventions. I am glad to say that I have found the right place to be, a family oriented classroom, energetic, and lots of fun learning experience, which in fact actually relieves some of the stress of this so called NCLEX. lol... Following the instructors words, surprisingly, I have managed to find my own comfortable-robust study habit, and gave me hints on how to make my studying more effective (8+ hours per day is good enough, more is better, continuous is best). As said: "Hustle now, relax later"
Through this review center, I have found in me the ability to tackle the NCLEX exam without doubts in myself, and I am positively sure that any of the students and individuals out there who are looking to pass the NCLEX with flying colors, following the instructor's instructions your dreams WILL come true.
Thank you to all the AHE instructor and staff, reviewmates, loved ones and most of all to GOD.
