Hi! I've been out of the nursing field for the past three years (taking care of my babies) but I'm currently applying to a few open positions. I have an interview lined up for a WFH ambulatory care RN case manager--has anyone held a similar position? If so, did you enjoy the work? Was it flexible work hours? did you like working from home? I have a 3 year old and 1 year old at home and another one on the way so I want to find a job that has *some* flexibility to be a present mom too!
I also applied to a PRN endoscopy role which would definitely be more flexible but case management is my long term goal.
My history includes Flex nursing and internal travel on med/surg/tele and stepdown units.
