Alternatives to the hospital

Hello fellow nurses

I'm looking for some advice. I've been a nurse for years now. I'm first job was at a SNF and I just started med/surg at the hospital. I've enjoyed parts of being a nurse, but I have not enjoyed the stress. Regularly during my shift I will feel my heart beating out of my chest. It's the multitasking and feeling like I don't have enough time to safely do my job that gets to me. The thing is I can do my job but I don't think it's something I would like to do long term as I feel like stress will eventually get to me. So I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for somewhat less stressful nursing jobs. Clinical or office jobs are all fair game, I just would like to explore my options.

Thanks for your replies
