All about NCLEX

Hi! I am trying to register awhile ago for an examination in NCLEX - Registered Nurse in Ontario. I just realized that registering for an exam in NCLEX, you will need to choose in which specific area or board of nursing you want to acquire the license. Because all my knowledge was if you register for an exam in NCLEX and you passed it, you can work already in US. But this is way too complicated. Okay, so I think these are basic questions to others but please give me your answer / suggestions :)

Questions:

1. If i passed the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN in Ontario, basically I can work already as a nurse there even if I only have a 1 year plus experience as a staff nurse in my country?

2. I am currently here in Dubai and If I passed the exam, I can apply online on the hospitals in Ontario and it is possible that they can give me working visa so I can go there? OR I need to acquire a visa first before I can go there regardless whether I passed the exam or not?

3. Is it a requirement that you must have 2 yrs experience as a nurse in your country before you can take the NCLEX exam?

4. Until how many tries can you do the NCLEX exam?

Anyone, please please response. Thanks :)
