I am currently in AFORTC which means when I gradute I will automatically serve active duty for four years. Do you have any information about how to get my degree while active duty?

1) Is this possible?

2) Would I remain active duty and earn my degree at a local college?

3) Does the AF specifically train for this?

4) Would this be more similar to what doctors do where they go to school and recieve a monthyl stipend once commissioned?

You can apply for the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) program when you have met all the USAF and military CRNA program requirements for CRNA school. It is an active duty program that allows critical care USAF nurses to go to one of the two military nurse anesthesia full-time while on active duty.
