Hi, curious anyone else's hospital use this type of scheduling system. Transitioning from this from self-scheduling. Doesn't seem as scary as it sounds. You basically have 18 days that are neutral in a 6 week period and 18 days that you prefer to be on. Then if too many people on one shift you pick it would transition you to a shift that you have open.
Not sure how I feel on this. Guess even with self scheduling never guaranteed the days you want.
Just curious if anyone else's organization does something similar and how it has been for you?
